  • How long will it take for my package to get to me?

    Our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days. Depending on the shipping you select, it may take an additional 1-5 business days. Note, we’re located in the Rockville, MD.

  • Shipping Charges?

    All orders are free shipping!

    The shipping type is USPS First Class. Any shipping type selected outside of First Class, it will incur an additional charge.

  • Tracking Notifications?

    Upon package completion, customers will receive a tracking link. Customers will follow the progress based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  • Parcels Damaged in Transit?

    If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

  • Can I exchange an item?

    The best way to exchange an item is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already received. Exchanges must be within 14 days since your purchase. Please email sales@theviraltee.com.

  • Cancellations?

    Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours after your purchase for a full refund back to your original payment. After the 48 hours, please email sales@theviraltee.com

  • How do I return a defective or faulty product?

    We stand by our apparel! If you find a potential defect and it’s been less than 14 days since your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange it. Unfortunately, items purchased after 14 days aren’t eligible. Please email sales@theviraltee.com

  • Returns?

    We'll issue a refund via store credit once we receive your item. Plus, no return delivery costs mean you can shop with confidence!

    Note, your must start the return within 14 days since your purchase. Unfortunately, items purchased after 14 days aren’t eligible for any returns.
